Joyful Movers (4-6 yrs)

Joyful Movers are playful, inquisitive and expressive! We use playful ways to move through mindfulness and meditation activities, yoga asana (postures) and pranayama (breath work). Lots of games, props, imagination, storytelling, songs and structure. This class will support the development of your child's mind-body connection, self-management, coordination, balance, body awareness, strength and overall motor skills in a fun and nurturing environment.

Mindful Movers (7-9 yrs)

Mindful Movers, A more advanced version of Joyful Movers; Mindful Movers continues to use playful ways to move through mindfulness and meditation activities, yoga asana (postures) and pranayama (breath work). Games, props, lots of imagination, storytelling and weekly themes support the development of your child's mind-body connection, self-management, coordination, balance, body awareness, strength and overall motor skill development .

Chill Katz (10-13 yrs)

Chill Katz is an introduction into full yoga sessions weaving in yoga principles, mindfulness activities, relaxation and visualization techniques. There is a focus on asana (posture) alignment, flow, prana (breath) and relaxation through visualization. Partner work, guided games, songs and weekly themes further develop self awareness, self management and overall mind body development. This class gives kids the opportunities to lead, share and discuss yogic principles in a supportive and playful environment.
