Ms. Heather
Heather has been teaching yoga to adults, teens and kids for over five years. She received her 200 RYT certificate in Seattle just before she moved to South Bay in 2019. She believes that yoga is truly for everyone and focuses on customizing yoga for each individual student. Her goal is to help students find what makes them unique and allow that part of them to shine!
Prior to teaching yoga, Heather was involved in the colorguard, marching band and dance world since 2004. Six of those years she spent teaching middle school, high school and college age students. During that time she also taught swim lessons at a community pool. Teaching has always been a part of her life. Heather was born in the Midwest, is in love with the Pacific Northwest, but can't imagine living more than 20 minutes from the beach.
